Bank of Africa Streamlines Tourist Allocation Process for Stranded Moroccans Abroad

Moroccan residents stranded abroad have the possibility to activate the tourist allocation estimated at 20,000 dhs per adult. This is a facility that Bank Of Africa (BOA) makes available to its customers.
To benefit from this allocation, the process, according to a press release from the banking group, is "quick and easy". It consists, for the customer, of sending his request, including an affidavit, a copy of the passport and the national ID card, by email to the address: activation-crc@bankofafrica.ma".
A team from the Customer Relations Center proceeds with the verification and authentication formalities to "activate the exceptional tourist allocation on the customer’s card, usable for withdrawals at ATMs, payment terminals installed in stores as well as on the internet".
Through this initiative, Bank Of Africa claims to thus provide relief to "its customers, regardless of their situation during this difficult period".
