Australian Embassy in Morocco Celebrates National Day with Chef Moha’s Pavlova Twist

The Australian Embassy in Morocco has partnered with Moroccan gastronome Chef Moha to present to citizens of the two countries, a video of a few minutes in which one of Australia’s most popular desserts has been revisited: the pavlova. This was for the Australian National Day.
An act by which the Australian Embassy in Morocco announces its collaboration with the talented Chef Moha. Mohamed Fedal, better known as Chef Moha, is one of the most famous and appreciated chefs and television personalities in Morocco. He has several published books on Moroccan cuisine to his credit. In introducing him, the ambassador says of him that he remains an indispensable person, whose reputation goes beyond Moroccan borders.
According to Michael Cutts, Australian Ambassador to Rabat, by choosing to feature one of Morocco’s best known and admired chefs, the embassy wishes to emphasize the 45 years of friendly ties between the two countries, particularly at an interpersonal level. The dessert cooked by the chef and his assistant of the moment is an Australian pavlova with Moroccan touches.
