Atletico Madrid thrashed FC Sevilla (6-1) of Yassine Bounou and Youssef En-Nesyri, in the 24th round of La Liga.
Things went quickly in this match, with Atletico’s Memphis Depay scoring a brace in the first 30 minutes of play. The Dutch striker scored the first goal in the 23rd minute, after receiving a pass from Griezmann, and four minutes later, he followed up with the second goal.
Sevilla’s Moroccan striker, Youssef En-Nesyri, reduced the score in the 39th minute, before the break. At the start of the second half, Griezmann scored Atletico’s third goal in the 53rd minute, before Belgian Yannick Carrasco scored the fourth goal in the 69th minute.
Sevilla could have come back into the game in the 73rd minute, but Croatian Ivan Rakitic missed his penalty.
