Angers SCO Appoints Franco-Moroccan Bouhazama as Head Coach to Lead Relegation Fight

Franco-Moroccan Abdel Bouhazama has officially become the new coach of Angers SCO, the club in which Moroccan internationals Azzedine Ounahi and Sofiane Boufal play.
Until now an interim, Abdel Bouhazama, aged 54, has been confirmed in his position by the management of the Angers club, which says it is "very satisfied with the work accomplished by Bouhazama and the constructive atmosphere he has managed to establish in the locker room with players who are remobilized and determined to fight to get out of the relegation zone".
In a statement, the club emphasizes that "the spirit of combativeness is one of the club’s values, and this will now be the sporting objective of the new coach, who has committed to redoubling his efforts in order to allow the team to regain success." Currently 20th in the championship with 8 points, the club needs a shock therapy to emerge and definitively leave the relegation zone.
