Andalusian Ports Boost Trade Links with Morocco at Tangier Maritime Summit

The port authorities of the Andalusian ports, including those of Algeciras and Motril, took part in the 9th Spanish-Moroccan business meeting in the maritime, transport and logistics sector, held this week in Tangier.
During this event organized by the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Tangier, the managers of the Port Authority of the Bay of Algeciras (APBA) led a round table with the port of Tangier Med. The aim was to analyze the evolution of a strategic maritime link for foreign trade between Spain and Europe, which will exceed 400,000 trucks this year in terms of exports and imports between the two shores, reports Diario del puerto.
The port of Motril also participated in numerous meetings with companies operating in logistics and transport. "Fruitful" meetings, according to the president of the Port Authority of Motril, José García Fuentes, who believes that they have made it possible to seize business opportunities for the port of Motril, and therefore for the province of Granada.
