Agadir to Build First Underground Parking Garage in $8 Million Project

The city of Agadir will soon have its first underground parking lot. The work, at a total cost of 80 million dirhams, will last 24 months and will be carried out by the Moroccan company TGCC.
This underground parking lot will have two basements with a capacity of 600 parking spaces, reports Maghreb Intelligence. It will be an integral part of the Al Inbiâat park which will be built on a domain of 11,500 m². The project is led by the SDL Agadir Souss-Massa development.
The structural work has been entrusted to the TGCC company. It will ensure in this context the waterproofing and insulation work, electricity, plumbing-sanitation, fire protection, coating as well as exterior development.
