Adient Expands in Morocco: Second Auto Parts Factory to Open in Kenitra

Called Adient Automotive Seating Maroc, the new structure has heavy responsibilities. It will have to launch a complementary activity of "design, manufacture and sale of interior products and systems for passenger cars and light trucks" as early as 2021. With this new industrial unit in Morocco, the Adient group will now have its seventh factory in Africa. The group will have to cross, as early as 2020, "the bar of 500 employees in Morocco out of a total of more than 80,000 employees worldwide," the same source specifies.
