500 Smartphones Vanish from Royal Air Maroc Flight, Sparking Investigation

An investigation has been opened at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca following the disappearance of 500 smartphones. These were part of a cargo of 1,500 phones transported by Royal Air Maroc on a flight from Dubai to Dakar.
The stopover in Casablanca seems to be the origin of this disappearance. Upon arrival in Dakar, the owner of the cargo found that a third of the phones had disappeared. Alerted, the airline immediately reported the incident to the Moroccan authorities, Goud reported.
The airport security services quickly reacted by arresting more than 20 employees for questioning. The goal is to understand the circumstances of this disappearance and identify those responsible.
For now, no information has leaked out about the progress of the investigation. Investigations are ongoing to try to trace the smartphones and shed light on this case.
