Ziyech’s World Cup Success Could Revitalize Chelsea Career

In a difficult position at Chelsea, Moroccan international Hakim Ziyech shines at the 2022 Qatar World Cup. Enough to encourage the leaders of his club to keep him or potential suitors to recruit him by January 2023.
Hakim Ziyech is back in great form. After difficult seasons at Stamford Bridge and being on the verge of leaving Chelsea, he has delivered great performances at the 2022 Qatar World Cup. He scored two goals (one is the second fastest goal of the World Cup) and provided an assist. His teammates and he were able to reach the semi-finals, before being painfully beaten by the Blues (2-0) on Tuesday.
The 29-year-old player is now in a good position. He will return to Chelsea serene after the third-place match lost 2-1 by Morocco today against Croatia where he was captain. Hakim is the only Chelsea star to do better than his Stamford Bridge teammates in Qatar. He is now in the spotlight. Will Chelsea give up on his departure or let potential suitors afford the services of the Moroccan international? Ziyech is, for the moment, confident about the future.
