Ziyech’s Agent Denies Transfer Rumors, Moroccan Star Likely to Remain at Galatasaray
Hakim Ziyech will likely stay at Galatasaray this season. The player’s agent, George Gardi, denied on Tuesday the wild rumors fueled by the Turkish press about the imminent departure of the Moroccan international.
According to the Turkish press, Ziyech should leave Galatasaray this winter to join a club in Saudi Arabia, for some, or AS Roma for others.
The information is not verified, clarified on Tuesday George Gardi, the player’s agent, accused of being the source of this rumor about the departure of the Atlas Lion from the Turkish club. "I have never made any statement about Ziyech and I do not know this person who wrote using my name," he explained on his Instagram account.
Hakim Ziyech joined on Tuesday the gathering of the Atlas Lions at the Mohammed VI Football Complex as part of Morocco’s participation in the Africa Cup of Nations in Côte d’Ivoire. Before flying to Abidjan, Ziyech and his teammates will have a friendly match against Gambia.
