Young Man Killed in Violent Clash Near Casablanca, Three Arrested

Violent clashes between two groups of young people led to the death of the young man after his transfer to the hospital, according to sources close to the investigation. For the moment, the investigators of the Royal Gendarmerie are continuing the investigations to determine the reasons for these bloody clashes that required the intervention of the police.

The close coordination between the gendarmerie companies of Berrechid, in the Settat region, and those of 2 Mars allowed the arrest of three suspects. The accused were placed in custody in Berrechid and questioned before being presented at the beginning of the week to the investigating judge in charge of the case. Other suspects are on the run. Investigators are working to locate them and proceed with their arrest.

The victim was found on Sunday, naked and dying on the side of the road. His body bore marks of blows. Rushed to the hospital in the Casablanca-Settat region, he succumbed to his injuries. The trail of a settling of scores is considered.
