The Belgian-Moroccan Salah Eddine Dassy began his first year of engineering studies at the prestigious Solvay Brussels School Economics & Management of the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) on Monday. On this occasion, the Moroccan ambassador to Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Mohamed Ameur, organized a reception in honor of this young Moroccan genius of 15 years old.
"Morocco is proud to see its sons shine around the world." "Your exploit is not only a source of joy and a reason for pride, but also further proof of the successful integration of the sons of the Moroccan community living in Belgium," praised Mr. Ameur, for whom the feat of the young Salah Eddine is "a source of pride" for his family, his school, the Moroccan community, Belgium, and Morocco.
In a statement to MAP, the young man expressed his pride and committed to working to contribute to the influence of his country.
The Moroccan ambassador presented him with an encouragement award in the presence of Moroccan officials in Brussels and members of the association of Moroccan students in Belgium.
