Morocco Launches Tech Talent Competition to Boost Ties with Belgium
The Moroccan Consulate General in Brussels is organizing the first edition of the "e-Challenge of Moroccan-Belgian Friendship". The organization of this edition aims to discover and encourage young Moroccan talents in various technological and promising fields.
The first edition of the "e-Challenge of Moroccan-Belgian Friendship" aims to bring out the great cultural, artistic, sporting and innovative potential of Moroccans. Beyond the kingdom, this global edition also aims to strengthen the ties of friendship between Morocco and Belgium. It will also allow to forge links between the members of the Moroccan community in Brussels and to promote living together in Belgium, indicates a press release from the Moroccan Consulate General in Brussels.
This event will allow young Moroccans residing in Brussels to express their talents in various disciplines. In the sports field, we note artistic gymnastics, martial arts, juggling. In the artistic sector, we note painting, sculpture, dance, music, theater, poetry and literature. In terms of civic actions, public interest activities, activities in favor of a population with specific needs, associative or humanitarian activities are also on the program, specifies the same source.
Participants in this challenge must be between 9 and 15 years old. They will have to record a video of their performance at their convenience (demonstration, artistic performance, stories, etc.). The video will be sent to the Consulate General of the Kingdom of Morocco before November 15, 2020. The winners will receive symbolic prizes during the first week of December 2020, notes La Map.
