Woman Arrested in Fatal Stabbing of Fruit Vendor During Altercation in Meknes

Here is a very sad story! Last Friday, in Meknes, a fight broke out between a young fruit seller and another man for a completely absurd reason: the latter would have been contemptuous and haughty towards the seller. These events took place in the center of Meknes.

There would have been, according to Assabah, a verbal dispute, before anything else. Things would have degenerated and the two men would have come to blows. It is at this moment that the young woman, "driven by love", writes Assabah, takes a medium-sized knife and plunges it into the heart of the young fruit seller.

He breathes his last breath, in a growing pool of his blood. Then the man and the woman hastily left the scene. But it didn’t take long before the investigators arrested them, that same Friday.

The two defendants were taken into custody, at the disposal of the investigation conducted under the supervision of the competent Prosecutor’s Office. They will be brought before the courts at the end of it to answer for their actions.
