Real estate prices in Morocco have increased by 0.6% in 2025, driven by a 3.1% increase in national transactions. Driven by the professional and land segments, the market is posting record growth in Rabat and Marrakech.

The Moroccan real estate market has maintained a positive momentum throughout the year 2025. According to data from Bank Al-Maghrib and ANCFCC, relayed by Finances News, the real estate asset price index (IPAI) recorded an annual increase of 0.6%, reflecting a modest but steady recovery in the sector.

Regional disparities reveal major centers of attraction for investors. Rabat is in the lead with a 3.5% increase in prices, while Marrakech stands out with an explosion in its transaction volume, posting a 24.1% jump. Casablanca and Tangier are following this trend with more moderate growth.
