New Ultra-Modern Sports Complex to Rise Between Rabat and Salé

The Agency for the Development of the Bouregreg Valley is working on the construction of an ultra-modern multipurpose sports hall on the banks of the Bouregreg, between the cities of Rabat and Salé, the fourth in the city, after Moulay Abdellah, Ibn Yassine and Ibn Rochd.
Another step has been taken in the construction of an ultra-modern multipurpose sports hall on the banks of the Bouregreg, between the cities of Rabat and Salé. A month after its announcement by the Agency in charge of the development of the Bouregreg Valley in Rabat, Jet Contractors, a leader on the Moroccan scene in terms of turnkey realization of buildings with a strong architectural component, is entrusted with its realization. This Moroccan company based in Skhirat will have to deliver the site after 18 months. The infrastructure will be built on an area of about 9,500 square meters. A total of 259.8 million dirhams have been mobilized.
Baptized "Arena", the stadium will host several sports disciplines, including basketball, handball, volleyball and futsal. Once built, this fourth multipurpose sports hall in the city will provide a modern space meeting international standards, thus strengthening Rabat’s capacity to host world and regional competitions. It stands out from the others by its large capacity, its contemporary architecture and its design.
This project is part of the efforts to strengthen the sports infrastructure of the capital and to position Morocco as a potential
