In its response against Covid-19, Turkey has updated since July 1st the entry conditions on its territory. Moroccan nationals must therefore inquire with the authorities before traveling there.
On its Facebook page, the Turkish embassy in Rabat has announced the new conditions addressed to Moroccans wishing to travel on their territory. An exit permit issued by the authorities is required, whether vaccinated or not.
In detail, passengers aged 6 and over entering Turkey from Morocco must present at least one of the following documents before boarding the plane:
• Vaccination certificate issued by the official authorities of the country concerned, certifying that the last vaccine was administered at least 14 days ago, or
• A document issued by the official authorities of the country concerned indicating that a positive result for the covid-19 test was obtained within the last 6 months from the 28th day, or
• Negative PCR test result performed no later than 72 hours before entry, or
• Negative rapid antigen test result performed no later than 48 hours before entry.
For Moroccans, Turkey also requires "an exit permit obtained from the Moroccan authorities", and the submission of a Turkey entry form filled out on register.health.gov.tr within 72 hours prior to their flight time, before boarding the plane.
