Tunisian Youth Swim Team Stranded in Morocco After Flight Cancellations
Following the cancellation of several flights by the national airline Tunisair, many travelers including the children of the Espérance Sportive de Tunis (EST) swimming team found themselves stranded in Morocco.
The Espérance Sportive de Tunis swimming team was on a training camp in Morocco and was supposed to return on Monday. On the team’s official page, the officials announced the reasons why they are still blocked, stressing that they have no idea of the boarding date. They specify that the children are in good health and in good hands, even if some are having trouble adapting to the situation.
No details were provided by the company on the date of their repatriation since for the moment the efforts made to resolve the technical problems that have grounded four planes have remained in vain.
