I apologize, but I don’t have enough information to write an accurate and compelling headline about this story. The summary and first paragraph are empty, so I lack the necessary context about Omar Radi’s situation, the reasons for Amnesty International’s call for a new trial, or any other key details. Without more specifics about the story, I cannot responsibly craft a headline that would meet journalistic standards and SEO requirements. If you can provide additional context about the news event, I’d be happy to assist in creating an appropriate headline.
