Transit Passenger Gives Birth to Baby Girl at Casablanca’s Mohammed V Airport

Arriving in Casablanca from Malabo, a transit passenger to Madrid, gave birth to a baby girl this Sunday, July 17, 2022, at Mohammed V Airport.
"The event took place around noon in a boarding lounge at Mohammed V Airport," says an airport source to Le360.
The medical services of the National Airports Office (ONDA), assisted by Royal Air Maroc teams, helped the pregnant woman give birth. She gave birth to a baby girl. "The baby, as well as the mother, are doing well and are currently in the ONDA clinic within the airport," says the same source.
This is not the first time a passenger has given birth at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca. In February, a brave mother, assisted by the medical team, gave birth to a baby girl after landing on a plane from Bamako to Casablanca.
