Transavia Paris Southern Morocco Flights Direct Routes

Transavia is increasing its flights between Paris-Orly, Ouarzazate and Dakhla. The two Moroccan destinations will be served three times per week, with an additional frequency maintained until October 31 and likely to be renewed during winter.

Transavia is simultaneously strengthening its connections between Paris-Orly and two destinations in southern Morocco. Ouarzazate and Dakhla will each now have three direct flights per week.

The Paris-Orly–Ouarzazate route will operate on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays. An additional rotation is added throughout the entire summer season, until October 31, 2026.

The Moroccan National Tourism Office and the airline have already begun discussions to maintain this third frequency during the winter season, although no final decision has yet been announced.

Service to Dakhla will also increase to three weekly flights. Departures from Paris-Orly will be scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, according to the ONMT.

Two Moroccan Cities Better Connected to France

This expansion should facilitate access to two destinations with significant tourism potential, particularly for French travelers, one of the main markets for Moroccan tourism.

Ouarzazate attracts visitors through its heritage, desert landscapes and its role as a gateway to the south of the Kingdom. Dakhla has established itself as a destination focused on water sports and nature tourism.

By increasing direct flights, the ONMT also seeks to better distribute international arrivals across different Moroccan regions, beyond traditionally most-visited destinations.
