Tragic Accident: 9-Month-Old Dies from Bleach Exposure in Valencia Home

While he was crawling, a 9-month-old baby died in Valencia from intoxication, after coming into contact with a bucket filled with bleach water. Taken to the GandÃa hospital by his Moroccan parents, he dies from cardiorespiratory arrest.
According to El Dia, the police are continuing to investigate this unfortunate event that occurred in a house in the city of Valencia. A tragic domestic accident that plunged the parents of the little boy, of Moroccan origin, into consternation.
In trying to reconstruct the facts, the media suggests that the 9-month-old baby "would have inhaled the toxic vapors released by the disinfectant liquid when he crawled and approached the bucket of water".
Having noticed the scene, the parents who nevertheless showed great skill in taking the child to the hospital as quickly as possible, will only have their eyes to finally witness the irreparable.
While the autopsy performed at the Valencia Institute of Forensic Medicine will confirm or not the theory of intoxication, the police who in the meantime are investigating this case, indicate that they have not detected any signs of violence on the little boy. They also state that they are examining the situation in its smallest details, in order to establish whether the parents have been negligent.
