Tragedy in Kenitra: Young Soldier’s Suicide at Military Barracks Prompts Investigation

According to Assabah, this soldier was found by his comrades, hanging from an iron bar. After alerting the commander of the barracks, there was an understandable commotion and state of alert.

According to Assabah, high-ranking army officers first examined the suicide themselves "then authorized the gendarmerie investigators, after consulting the competent prosecutor’s office, to enter in order to carry out the preliminary inspection procedures, which revealed no trace of violence on the body of the deceased".
