Toulouse FC Backs Zakaria Aboukhlal Amid Accusations from Arabic Media Outlet

After the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) and the National Press Council, it is now the turn of Toulouse Football Club (TFC) to lend its support to the Moroccan international Zakaria Aboukhlal, against whom the Arabic-language media Achkayen has made serious accusations.
"Toulouse Football Club condemns the accusations made by a website against our player Zakaria Aboukhlal and joins the Moroccan Football Federation in assuring our full support and confidence in our player," reports Les Violets.
The TFC emphasizes that it reserves the right to take the necessary measures to defend the image of the Moroccan player. "The club condemns the accusations made by this site, false, unfounded and degrading, which undermine the image of our player, and reserves the right to use all available legal remedies to defend the image and integrity of Zakaria."
Zakaria Aboukhlal is accused by the Achkayen website of having advocated Salafism during the World Cup in Qatar.
