It is a two-year-old child transferred to the clinic to undergo a circumcision operation with correction of a congenital malformation, reports Al Omk Al Maghribi, citing local sources. But after the intervention, the little boy died under mysterious circumstances, add the same sources.
Devastated, the child’s family, from Erfoud, refused to receive his body, and filed a complaint with the public prosecutor’s office in order to understand all the circumstances of this "mysterious" death.

The supervisory ministry has also dispatched a mission to the site in order to conduct a precise investigation on this file, and to identify a set of potential imbalances in this health establishment.
