Texas Man Arrested in Fatal Shooting of Moroccan Driver Outside Austin

A glimmer of satisfaction for Adil Dghoughi’s family. A few days after the assassination of the 31-year-old Moroccan, the police arrested Terry Turner, 65, suspected of being the perpetrator.
