According to the preliminary investigation by the judicial police in Tetouan, it is a young divorced woman with two children. She lives with the family that had adopted her in the Hachmi neighborhood in Tetouan. Her custody has been extended pending the completion of the investigation. According to the same source, her partner whose lower limbs were seen in the video would be abroad and a warrant has been issued against him.

The same source specifies that the video was made by the man currently being sought. He would have filmed the act and kept the video for four years before posting it on social networks. Worse, some young people would have sympathized with the accused and filmed her to blackmail her.
