Tesla Expands Supercharger Network to Accor Hotels in Morocco, Boosting EV Travel

In a press release, the Accor group announces that three of its hotels have welcomed 12 Tesla Superchargers to promote sustainable travel across Morocco. With the acquisition of Tesla Superchargers, Accor reiterates its commitment to "positive hospitality that limits the impact of its activity on the environment".

"Since February 20, 2022, Tesla vehicle owners can charge their cars in a few minutes thanks to the new Superchargers installed in our hotels. With a charging power of up to 150 kW, these charging points are available at the Sofitel Rabat Jardin des Roses, as well as at the Sofitel Agadir Thalassa Sea & Spa and the Sofitel Marrakech," the same source specifies.

These three stages are directly recommended in the itinerary of Tesla owners thanks to the "Trip Planner" integrated in all vehicles. "The system allows the driver to have the route of the station where he must stop and also calculates the optimal charging time to reach his next destination," the group indicates.
