A worker was seriously injured after the partial collapse of a construction site in Tangier.
The cause of the tragedy was a leak in one of the drinking water supply channels near the construction site, which was damaged due to the work on Youssef Ben Tachefine Avenue, reports the MAP.
A civil protection team dispatched to the scene is working to repair the pipes and resolve the water supply situation.
The injured worker was transferred to Mohammed V Hospital to receive the necessary care, the same source points out.
