Tanger Med Port Implements Special Measures for Massive Moroccan Expat Return

In order to facilitate the departure of Moroccans residing abroad (MREs) during the return phase of the Marhaba 2019 Operation, the authorities have planned exceptional measures in the port of Tanger Med.
For the past few days and until August 31, the port authorities are paying attention to the smallest details in order to ensure the return of hundreds of thousands of MREs, says the 2M channel. The influx during this period will be monstrous at the Tanger Med port, which is the largest in the country.
Organized by the Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity, in coordination with all the stakeholders of the Tanger Med port, the Marhaba Operation 2019 runs from June 5 to September 15, the same source specifies.
After enjoying the summer vacation to reunite with their families who remained in the country, these MREs will be able, thanks to these measures, to return safely to their respective host countries.
