Suspected Pedophile Arrested in El Jadida for Raping and Filming 12 Children

It all started with the discovery of the suspect’s memory card in the commune of Sidi Ali. This was handed over to the local authorities who seized the Attorney General of El Jadida, reports the daily Assabah. An investigation was immediately opened to analyze the scenes contained on this card and identify the victims as well as the alleged perpetrator of these crimes.

Aged 55, the man is a worker in a traditional oven and was well known to the police for his criminal record as a pedophile. According to the daily, his past did not prevent him from repeating the offense upon his release from prison.

During the interrogation, which took place in the presence of some of his victims, the suspect confessed. He was presented, on Wednesday, before the Attorney General at the Court of Appeal of El Jadida.
