Suspected Coronavirus Carriers: Chinese Tourists Spark Manhunt in Morocco

While passing through the hospital in Midelt, two Chinese tourists, suspected of carrying the deadly Corona virus, caused panic among the health authorities in the city.
Arriving by 4x4 car at the provincial hospital in Midelt, the two Chinese tourists, one of whom is in his thirties, left without any security measures, even though they were suspected of having the Coronavirus.
This misconduct of the hospital authorities created a state of general alert among the health authorities in the city, forced to issue a national arrest warrant through the security services, before finally finding them in Casablanca.
Subjected to biological analyzes, it was later found that the two Chinese were healthy and not carriers of the deadly virus.
In addition, drastic health surveillance measures have been taken by the Moroccan authorities at the main entry points of the country, particularly airports and international ports.
