Suspect Arrested in Fatal Stabbing of 16-Year-Old Student in Casablanca

After the usual findings on the victim’s body, the elements of the Judicial Police Brigade of the Ain Chock police district launched the research and investigations on the ground in collaboration with the technical expertise, indicates the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) in a press release. They made it possible to identify the accused and to seize the weapon of the crime as well as the clothes worn by the suspect during the crime.

According to the same source, these elements were transmitted to the DGSN’s scientific police laboratory for technical expertise. Pending his next appearance, the 20-year-old defendant has been taken into custody for the needs of the investigation.
