Study: Morocco Emerges as Safest North African Tourist Destination

Morocco is the safest tourist destination in North Africa. This is revealed by a study by the Sino News Daily platform.
Entitled "tourism and hotel market in Morocco in 2019", this study deals, among other things, with travel and tourist safety. It presents Morocco as a safe destination, like most European countries, the United States or Canada, in terms of travel and traveler safety.
In other words, the Kingdom is considered the only low-risk country in the North African region. This also justifies the good performance recorded in recent years. In 2018, the country welcomed 12.3 million tourists, up 8% from 2017.
However, the Sino News Daily platform recommends that Morocco correct some shortcomings in order to maintain or improve this performance. These include the low level of development of sites in terms of accommodation in particular, limited air links with the north of the country, and the lack of promotion and communication still poorly valued in certain destinations.
