Strong Wind Gusts to Hit Multiple Moroccan Provinces Through Tuesday

The Directorate General of Meteorology (DGM) announced strong wind gusts between Sunday and Tuesday in several Moroccan provinces.
Strong wind gusts at the orange level (75 to 90 km/h) are expected this Sunday until 10:00 PM in the provinces of Boulemane, Chefchaouen, Figuig, Guercif, Ifrane, Jerada, Midelt, Nador, Oujda-Angad, Taza, Tétouan and Taourirt, indicates the DGM in a special weather bulletin.
The DGM also announces gusts on Monday and Tuesday in the provinces of Tanger-Assilah, Fahs-Anjra, Tétouan, Mdiq-Fnideq, Chefchaouen, Al Hoceima, Nador, Berkane, Oujda-Angad, Taourirt, Guercif, Taza and Taounate. According to the DGM, these winds will be accompanied by dust storms in the Oriental region.
In addition, moderate to heavy rains are expected on Monday from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM in the provinces of Tanger-Assilah, Fahs-Anjra, Larache and Chefchaouen.
