Spanish Police Bust International Sex Trafficking Ring Exploiting Eastern European Women

The Guardia Civil services have succeeded in dismantling an international prostitution network, involving Russian and Ukrainian nationals, in the Spanish enclave of Melilla.
According to the first elements of the investigation, Moroccan intermediaries, responsible for recruiting prostitutes from Eastern European countries for the account of cabarets in Agadir and Marrakech, would be behind these prostitution networks.
For the Spanish police, these transcontinental prostitution networks recruited Russians and Ukrainians for the account of nightclubs or local intermediaries within tourist cities.
Taking advantage of their connections with wealthy personalities in Morocco, the intermediaries organized hot evenings in brothels where the Russian and Ukrainian prostitutes were said to provide the entertainment.
