Spanish Man Sentenced to 8 Years for Child Sexual Abuse in Tangier

The Spaniard Felix Ramos, 39, accused of pedophilia, was sentenced to 8 years in prison and will have to pay a symbolic dirham to the Moroccan Association for Human Rights (ADMH). This is the verdict handed down by the criminal chamber of the Tangier Court of Appeal.
The case came to light in June and the judicial police of Tangier had conducted an investigation.
The plaintiff, a former resident of a charitable institution, accused the Spanish national, Felix Ramos, of having raped him for two years, during the period between 2014 and 2017. At the time, he was only 15 years old.
The Spaniard served as an intermediary between foreigners and the minor residents of the charitable institution. And the teenagers were thus sexually exploited under the cover of organizing "charity parties".
Found guilty of abuse of a minor, the criminal chamber of the Tangier Court of Appeal sentenced Felix Ramos to 8 years in prison and he will pay a symbolic dirham to the Moroccan Association for Human Rights (ADMH).
