Spain Offers Special Ferry to Repatriate Citizens and Residents from Morocco

The Baleària company is offering a special repatriation ferry from Morocco to Spain for Spanish citizens and residents.
The shipping company indicates that the trip will take place on November 6 and also invites passengers to book their tickets online by bank card no later than Wednesday, November 3. Baleària explained that the ferry will make a special crossing between the ports of Tanger Med, in Morocco, and Algeciras, in Spain, to transport Spanish citizens and residents.
"Passengers must be able to prove their destination in Spain," the company added, assuring that any update on this operation will be reported on its page and notified via its Twitter account. "Wearing a mask is mandatory for travel," Baleària insisted.
Since March 2020, Morocco has suspended its air, sea and land borders in order to fight the spread of Covid-19. The kingdom has nevertheless authorized certain countries to organize repatriation operations for their citizens or residents.
