Son Arrested in Salé for Fatal Stabbing of 70-Year-Old Father

An individual was arrested on Tuesday, February 25 in Salé, for his alleged involvement in a case of assault with a bladed weapon resulting in the death of his father.

A vicious crime in Salé. The residents witnessed an unusual tragedy. The suspect stabbed his father at his home, in Hay Rahma in Salé, for reasons and motives that are currently the subject of research and investigation.

According to the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN), the elements of the judicial police, in collaboration with the scientific and technical police, have initiated procedures to examine the body of the 70-year-old victim.

For the needs of the investigation, the defendant was taken into custody.
