Six Family Members Found Dead in Salé Home Fire Tragedy, Police Investigate

The bodies of six people from the same family, including an infant and a minor, were discovered on Saturday in Salé by the National Brigade of the Judicial Police (BNPJ). A judicial investigation has been opened, under the supervision of the competent public prosecutor’s office, to elucidate the circumstances of this tragedy.
The judicial police rushed to the scene of the tragedy in the "Rahma" district of Salé. They found the bodies of five people from the same family bearing traces of injuries and burns caused by a fire, according to a statement from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN). A sixth person from the same family, found almost asphyxiated, was evacuated to the hospital where he died shortly afterwards.
The scientific and technical police and the BNPJ continue their investigation and gather the necessary material and technical evidence in order to elucidate the circumstances of this tragedy.
