Sevilla Releases Moroccan Stars for World Cup Qualifiers
Yassine Bounou, Youssef En-Nesyri and Munir El Haddadi are among the players called up by Vahid Halilhodzic for the upcoming 2022 World Cup qualifiers. The announcement was made by FC Seville in a press release posted on their Twitter account.
While the list of players called up to participate in the preparation camp as well as the matches that Morocco will play in September against Sudan and Guinea will be unveiled this Thursday, August 26, it is already known that the goalkeeper Yassine Bounou as well as the forwards Youssef En-Nesyri and Munir El Haddadi will be part of it. And according to the content of the press release informing the players’ fans, it appears that the club will not be an obstacle to their return to Morocco.
Morocco will face Sudan on September 2 at the Moulay Abdellah Complex, and Guinea in Conakry on the 6th of the same month. On Thursday, August 26, the rest of the called-up players will be known during a press conference at the Mohammed VI Football Complex in Maâmoura. The concentration and preparation camp starts on Monday, August 30.
