Morocco Intensifies Training for Underplayed Players Ahead of Sudan Match

In preparation for Thursday’s match against Sudan, Vahid Halilhodzic has established a special training program for players who do not have a high level of play within their clubs, in order to make them more competitive.
Moroccan players who have not played enough in their respective clubs are subject to intensive training sessions under the supervision of the physical trainer Christophe Manouvrier. These include Munir El Haddadi of Sevilla FC, Jawad El Yamiq of Real Valladolid, Aymen Barkok of Eintracht Frankfurt, and Soufiane Maleh of Fiorentina and Imran Souza of Watford, reports the daily Al Massae.
The second group is trained at a less intense pace. Coaches Mustapha Chadli and Laurent Armand Weber have taken care of the goalkeepers Anas Zniti and Yassine Bounou. This Wednesday, the Moroccan players are holding their third and last training day at the Moulay Abdellah Complex in Rabat, before the opening match of the World Cup qualifiers against Sudan.
The Sudanese have arrived in Morocco, after a preparation camp in the United Arab Emirates. They played two friendly matches there against Niger. In addition to Sudan, Morocco will face Guinea in Conakry next Tuesday.
