Sevilla Goalkeeper Bounou Calls for Tactical Overhaul After Getafe Match

The Moroccan goalkeeper of Seville, Yassine Bounou, did not mince his words about his coach after the match against Getafe. In a post-match interview, Bounou said the team needed to find a way to play and win without having to rely on luck or individual player actions.
"We have to find our own style of play and avoid getting lost along the way. When we are confused, we no longer know how to play and we end up relying on luck. This often leads to anarchic attacks and defenses. The players must understand this and know what to do," said Bounou.
He also highlighted the lack of tactical clarity that has affected the team emotionally, making things more difficult. According to the Moroccan, the players must work together to find a clear strategy and improve their level of play every day.
The former Wydad player also warned against the impact that negative thoughts can have on the team. If the team enters a negative mindset, it can lead to a downward spiral, with wins followed by losses. It is therefore essential that the team remains positive and united to succeed.
