Sevilla FC Bids €30 Million for Ajax Star Hakim Ziyech Amid Transfer Battle
While we continue to ignore where Hakim Ziyech will deposit his luggage next season, media sources have just reported that the Andalusian club of FC Seville has put 30 million euros on the table, so that the Atlas Lion joins its ranks.
The Dutch daily, Telegraaf, has just stated that in addition to the clubs that have already made themselves known on the list of contenders for Hakim Ziyech (Bayern, Arsenal, Dortmund), a club from La Liga has just entered the race and has even put money on the table.
Indeed, FC Seville is already said to be ready to offer 40 million euros to Ajax Amsterdam, so that the Dutch club deigns to let him join its team. It should be noted, however, that this is 5 million less than what the specialized sites say the Moroccan is worth. 35 million euros would be his real value.
This is understandable because, with Ajax this year, Ziyech was able to win the Cup-Championship double and reached the semi-finals of the Champions League. Feats for which he is, moreover, largely responsible in terms of goals, assists, and more globally, overall performance.
And let’s not forget that his value can still increase during this 2019 Africa Cup of Nations, in which he is competing this summer. Indeed, he is a key element of the Moroccan national team.
