Severe Weather Alert: Morocco Braces for Strong Winds, Dust Storms, and Heavy Rains

Strong wind gusts with dust storms and heavy rains are expected from Thursday to Friday in several Moroccan provinces, according to the General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM).
Thus, the provinces of Larache, Fahs-Anjra, Tanger-Assilah, Tétouan, Mdiq-Fnideq, Ouezzane and Chefchaouen will experience heavy rains (30-45 mm), from Thursday at 6pm to Friday at 3am, according to the DGM in a weather alert bulletin with an orange level of vigilance.
Similarly, strong wind gusts with dust storms (80 to 95 km/h) are expected on Thursday from 9am to 11pm in the provinces of Tétouan, Mdiq-Fnideq, Fahs - Anjra, Larache, Tanger-Assilah, Chefchaouen and Al Hoceima, the DGM specifies.
Strong wind gusts with dust storms (70 to 75 km/h) are also expected on Thursday from 12pm
