Strong Winds and Dust Storms Prompt Weather Alert Across Morocco

Strong gusts of wind (70-95 km/h) with local dust storms are expected all day Wednesday in several provinces of the Kingdom, warned the [General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM)].
Thus, these gusts (75-95 km/h) will affect Al Hoceima, Chefchaouen, Tetouan and Chichaoua until 10 pm this Wednesday, as indicated by a special orange alert bulletin issued by the DGM.
The provinces of Fahs-Anjra, M’diq-Fnideq, Guercif, Boulemane, Taza, Al Haouz, Ouarzazate, Sefrou, Ifrane, Nador, Oujda-Angad, Berkane, Driouch and Tanger-Assilah will also be affected by these wind gusts (70-85 km/h) until 6 pm the same day, according to the DGM.
