Severe Thunderstorm Alert Issued for Moroccan Provinces, Heavy Rain and Strong Winds Expected

Locally heavy thunderstorms will hit several Moroccan provinces, warns the National Meteorological Directorate in a special bulletin.
These locally heavy thunderstorms (with 20 mm to 50 mm of precipitation) accompanied by gusty winds under storms (60 km/h to 85 km/h) are expected from Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 3:00 pm to Friday, September 23, 2022 at 10:00 am in the provinces of Oued Ed-dahab and Aousserd.
Gusty winds under storms (60 km/h to 85 km/h) are also expected from Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 3:00 pm until Friday, September 23, 2022 at 10:00 am, it is further indicated.
