Severe Cold Snap Grips Morocco: Temperatures Plummet to -7°C in Some Regions

Winter seems to be settling in Morocco with very cold temperatures until next Sunday, just warned the National Meteorology Directorate (DMN).
From Thursday, January 10 to Sunday, January 13, minimum temperatures ranging from -7 to 3 degrees and maximums of 5 to 10 degrees are expected in Azilal, Figuig, Ifrane, Jerada, Midelt and Tinghir.
It will be -4 to 0 degrees in Oujda-Angad, Al Hoceima, Al Haouz, Boulemane, Béni Mellal, Chefchaouen, Guercif, Ouarzazate, Sefrou, Taza and Touarirt, while the maximums in these regions will not exceed 12 degrees.
Note that in Benslimane, Berkane, Berrechid, Casablanca, Chichaoua, El Hajeb, El Jadida, Fès, Kénitra, Khemisset, Khénifra, Khouribga, Marrakech, Meknès, Rabat, Safi, nighttime and morning temperatures are expected to be between 0 and 3 degrees.
