El Al Seeks Direct Tel Aviv-Casablanca Flight Route for 2020

The Israeli airline El Al intends to resume business in Morocco. In this sense, it is seeking to obtain a direct link between Tel Aviv and Casablanca.
Obtaining a direct link between Tel Aviv and Casablanca. This is the request of the Israeli airline El Al, according to Israeli media.
Last June, Gonen Usishkin, the CEO of El Al, had traveled to Morocco where he had participated in a conference on tourism. According to some indiscretions, he would have exchanged with several Moroccan authorities, including the CEO of Royal Air Maroc (RAM), about the launch of a possible link in May 2020.
Every year, tens of thousands of Israelis, mostly of Moroccan origin, travel to the Kingdom for tourism or participation in various religious celebrations.
