Saudi Club Al Fateh in Talks with Galatasaray’s Hakim Ziyech

A Saudi club has reportedly initiated discussions with Hakim Ziyech to secure his services during the winter transfer window. The 31-year-old Moroccan striker is expected to leave Galatasaray, who are not satisfied with his performances.
Sidelined by coach Okan Buruk at Galatasaray, Ziyech has expressed his desire to leave. Several European clubs such as Ipswich Town and Wolverhampton in the Premier League, and OGC Nice in French Ligue 1 have already shown interest in the Moroccan striker.
Al Fateh has just been added to the list. The Saudi club has initiated informal discussions with the Atlas Lion to recruit him during this winter transfer window. If Ziyech accepts Al Fateh’s offer, he will reunite with his compatriots Marwane Saâdane and Mourad Batna, two key players for the Saudi club.
The Moroccan international is going through a bad patch at Galatasaray. This season, he has played only five matches in the Süper Lig, during which he has provided only one assist. His contract with the Turkish club runs until June 30, 2025. Due to his poor performances at the club, he was not called up to the Moroccan national team for the previous matches.
